Our home building process results in high efficiency at the home site as well as in the design and engineering process we use to build our homes. While our designs are similar in structure, each home is unique with a watchful eye toward innovation. We are always focused on the same type of building, and for homeowners of similar circumstances who live in regions where beautiful, green-built homes are desirable. This creates a systematic approach to building, resulting in rapid construction and reduced costs compared to traditionally built homes.

Timberstone Construction has an edge compared to other housing contractors. There is no learning curve for a “new” project that doesn’t fit into our niche model or dealing with new geographic areas that may pose challenges in zoning, snow loads, engineering, and permits.

While others have continued to build the old fashioned way Timberstone Construction has taken building homes to a new level. We have developed a unique and innovative system of building residences. The majority of the newly constructed homes are built in a controlled, indoor environment. Components are then safely trucked to the home site and put into place. This eliminates many problems that exist in resort mountain communities where weather and labor are areas of concern for conventional housing contractors who build the entire house on site. As a result, we have been able to avoid historical problems that cause delays and cost overruns.

This system of home building allows us to calculate schedules and building budgets accurately and more efficiently.
